Global Business Services Gdansk is Bayer's Business Services Center located in Gdansk, Poland. The centre employs over 900 employees. The main mission of GBS-Gdansk professionals is "Powering our business to Enable Health for All, Hunger for None".
At Bayer GBS Gdansk, we support this goal every day by providing a wide range of business services to customers, contractors and employees. We do it with passion, because we know that the implementation of this vision also depends on us.
Since 2012, we have been operating in Poland as part of a global network of shared service centers located in Brazil and Costa Rica, Spain, India, Germany, China and the Philippines. The center in Gdańsk is responsible for supporting Bayer's business in Central and Eastern European countries, including Poland, Germany, Great Britain, Russia, Scandinavian countries and the Balkans. In order to function well in such an international environment, our employees speak more than 20 languages. They handle areas such as accounting, customer service, purchasing, HR, compliance, contract management and visual design.
